What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, email us, phone us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, the content of your message, and any details about the springs, implements or parts you need.
Information collected automatically. Our website records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.
Business records. If you become a customer or supplier we keep the information needed to quote, manufacture, deliver, invoice and provide support, including contact details, delivery addresses, vehicle or equipment details and payment records.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries and quotes, to manufacture, repair, fit and deliver products, to invoice and collect payment, to honour guarantees, to keep our website and premises secure, to comply with legal and tax obligations, and, where you have agreed, to tell you about our products and services.
We rely on the following lawful grounds under POPIA: performing a contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in running the business, and compliance with the law.

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, Google (for maps and spam protection on the contact form), couriers and delivery partners, accountants, and payment providers. These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Some of our service providers store data outside South Africa. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is protected to a standard similar to POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Customer and supplier records are kept for as long as required by tax and company law, generally five years after the last transaction, and then deleted or anonymised.

Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Children
Our website and services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
